Heavy duty sausage filler with a compact steel structure, metal piston stroke reducer and multiplier gear mechanism to make it easier to fill the sausage casing and retract the piston respectively. Food-grade AISI 304 stainless-steel pipe, steel rack, nylon piston support, food-grade plastic piston cover and seal. Four filling funnels of different sizes (10/20/25/35 mm) are supplied as standard in order to fill any kind of sausage.
The vertical stainless steel sausage fillers are used for processing pork and beef. The knee control and the piston speed regulator allow the operator to move freely and easily during filling operations. All models are loaded from above by rotating and locking the cylinder in a vertical position using a mechanical safety device. The adjustable cylinder can be removed, making cleaning easier. The machine is fitted with 4 wheels for easy handling and is provided with 3 stainless-steel funnels: 12, 20, 28 mm. They comply with EC hygiene and safety standards and the electrical parts are enclosed in a watertight IP56 housing.
