Our model SO/SM 1650 – SO/SM 1860 – SO/SM 2080 – SO/SM 2460 – SO/SM 3160 stainless steel bone saws are extremely robust, reliable, safe and easy to handle and use. They are ideal for processing any type of meat, whether fresh or frozen.
Our bone saws are ideal for use in butcher’s shops, the meat processing sector, fishmongers’ shops, restaurants and canteens.
The machines are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and are equipped with a meat pusher and portioner.
To ensure maximum safety, the machines comply with EC safety requirements and are fitted with electrical and mechanical safety devices such as a 24-volt push button panel and waterproof electrical parts.
On request, they can be equipped with a sliding work table.

The machines are made of food-grade cast aluminium alloy and stainless steel. They are equipped with high-power motors and quick opening covers that are easy to remove for easy cleaning. The EC versions are fitted with safety devices that prevent the blades from rotating when the handle is raised or when the lid is open.
Our range of mixers is designed for mixing various types of meat and can be adapted to the widest range of production requirements.
The mixers have a capacity ranging from 30 to 150 kg and are available in one-blade or two-blade versions.
Their small size and their structure made entirely of stainless steel make these mixers the ideal solution for small and medium production where space is limited./p>
The safety devices have been designed with great care and fully comply with EC regulations. Low voltage controls and emergency microswitches on the tank cover are fitted as standard.
Cutting-edge technical solutions are designed to make the various processing stages easier, such as the tipping of the tank for emptying at the end of processing, the impulse switch to reverse the direction of rotation in order to achieve a better result, the removable blades for easy cleaning at the end of processing.
Cast alloy structure, fully plated in AISI 304 stainless steel. Self-ventilated intermittent use motors, with 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a leak-proof oil-bath gearbox. Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. The optional microswitch on the hopper means a wider inlet neck, Ø 76 mm, and a hopper equipped with finger guard and microswitch, compliant with CE regulations, allowing for a 35% increase in hourly production. The AISI 304 stainless steel mincing unit can be disengaged by simply turning a lever. All the machine parts can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
SAFETY: Complies with European and international regulations. Machines belonging to the annex IV of: 96/37/C.E. Motor and controls have IP68 ingress protection, equipped with reverse switches and EC regulation compliant meat inlet mouth. Class 1 device with 24 V low-voltage board with mouth lock bayonet lever. Maximum time of continuous use 15 min.
Extremely robust, easy to handle and use. The four vertical and horizontal manual sausage filler models, 7 and 14 litre, fitted with four different types of funnel, are the best choice for filling any type of sausage.
The 18/8 AISI 304 stainless-steel cylinder, the food-safe aluminium piston with a special seal, the solid ground steel rack, the precision gears and the precision mechanical components ensure that the machine works perfectly, provides the best possible performance and has an extremely long service life.
The sausage fillers have two speeds and four interchangeable funnels for different types of sausage. The machine has been designed for exclusively manual use. Any motorization of it through the use of any type of engine is to be considered improper use and, therefore, at the sole risk of the user.
