Sausage fillers LT 7- LT14 Horizontal
Extremely robust, easy to handle and use. The four vertical and horizontal manual sausage filler models, 7 and 14 litre, fitted with four different types of funnel, are the best choice for filling any type of sausage.
The 18/8 AISI 304 stainless-steel cylinder, the food-safe aluminium piston with a special seal, the solid ground steel rack, the precision gears and the precision mechanical components ensure that the machine works perfectly, provides the best possible performance and has an extremely long service life.
The sausage fillers have two speeds and four interchangeable funnels for different types of sausage. The machine has been designed for exclusively manual use. Any motorization of it through the use of any type of engine is to be considered improper use and, therefore, at the sole risk of the user.

A very fast meat mincer equipped with a functional grater for hard cheese, bread, biscuits and nuts.
The body and mouth of the machine are made of polished aluminium, but on request, the machine can be equipped with a stainless steel mincing unit.
Meat inlet mouth Ø 56 mm, oil bath gear motor.
The mincer is equipped with the enterprise system: stainless steel plate, 6 mm hole and self-sharpening stainless steel blade.
The grater part consists of a polished aluminium inlet mouth, a stainless steel roller, a lower safety grille and microswitch on the presser lever.
The TC32PC meat mincer is equipped with an external stainless steel mincing unit, a stainlesssteel hopper with finger guard, a reverse function and a gear motor enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster.
The cutting system consists of a feed screw, blade, plate and handwheel. The machine also has a base mounted on four plastic feet.
The vertical stainless steel sausage fillers are used for processing pork and beef. The knee control and the piston speed regulator allow the operator to move freely and easily during filling operations. All models are loaded from above by rotating and locking the cylinder in a vertical position using a mechanical safety device. The adjustable cylinder can be removed, making cleaning easier. The machine is fitted with 4 wheels for easy handling and is provided with 3 stainless-steel funnels: 12, 20, 28 mm. They comply with EC hygiene and safety standards and the electrical parts are enclosed in a watertight IP56 housing.
Heavy duty sausage filler with a compact steel structure, metal piston stroke reducer and multiplier gear mechanism to make it easier to fill the sausage casing and retract the piston respectively. Food-grade AISI 304 stainless-steel pipe, steel rack, nylon piston support, food-grade plastic piston cover and seal. Four filling funnels of different sizes (10/20/25/35 mm) are supplied as standard in order to fill any kind of sausage.
