Vertical Slicer
Made of shell moulded aluminium with a polished and anodized surface. It offers high-precision slicing thickness adjustment from 0 to 16 mm and a fixed upper sharpener as standard. The food carriage is mounted on ball bearings to ensure that it slides smoothly. Equipped with chrome-plated hardened steel blade, fixed ring around the blade and fence plate safety lock as standard on CE professional models. The machine is available in a cold-cut plate version (S) or meat plate version (C).

HYGIENIC, ROBUST AND EASY TO USE: Machines comply with international hygiene standards. Nitro painted or anodised cast metal machine body. Stainless-steel work table, adjustable blade tensioner, incorporated cut portioner.

It is fitted with a safety microswitch on the presser and complies with the most important European and International standards. The EC version is fitted with a motor brake. Can be used to grate bread, cheese, nuts and biscuits. It is ideal for use in supermarkets, canteens and restaurants. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.
