Potato peeler – Onion peeler 30
The potato peeler and onion peeler are made entirely of stainless steel, and are manufactured according to all the most up-to-date safety requirements. The CE version, which complies with CE safety standards, is equipped with an electric push-button panel with 24 V electronic board, safety microswitch on the door and the cover, and a red mushroom-shaped emergency and working stop button. The machine is equipped with a belt-drive speed reduction unit, and the multigrip belt is quiet, safe and easily adjustable. The transparent polycarbonate cover allows the operator to monitor the process. The automatic outlet device and water inlet is of Ø 50 mm and the turning plate of potato peeler is made in silicon carbon or aluminium. The new door and its handle is made of a special strong nylon 6 30% GF known as Akulon.

Meat mincer made entirely of stainless steel, with a large capacity hopper complete with safety microswitch and large capacity mincing unit. The machine can be bench mounted or, on request, trolley mounted. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster. When the machine’s safety system detects that the hopper has been removed for cleaning, it disables all the machine functions. The cutting system consists of a feed screw, blade, plate and handwheel.
The TC12P/CE and TC22P/CE meat mincers consist of a stainless steel case, mincing unit, tray and hopper.
The machines are equipped with a reverse switch and a 24 V electronic board.
Easy to use and clean, as the mincing unit can be easily removed and all the parts cleaned using a damp cloth.

Heavy duty sausage filler with a compact steel structure, metal piston stroke reducer and multiplier gear mechanism to make it easier to fill the sausage casing and retract the piston respectively. Food-grade AISI 304 stainless-steel pipe, steel rack, nylon piston support, food-grade plastic piston cover and seal. Four filling funnels of different sizes (10/20/25/35 mm) are supplied as standard in order to fill any kind of sausage.
