Our range of mixers is designed for mixing various types of meat and can be adapted to the widest range of production requirements.

The mixers have a capacity ranging from 30 to 150 kg and are available in one-blade or two-blade versions.

Their small size and their structure made entirely of stainless steel make these mixers the ideal solution for small and medium production where space is limited./p>

The safety devices have been designed with great care and fully comply with EC regulations. Low voltage controls and emergency microswitches on the tank cover are fitted as standard.

Cutting-edge technical solutions are designed to make the various processing stages easier, such as the tipping of the tank for emptying at the end of processing, the impulse switch to reverse the direction of rotation in order to achieve a better result, the removable blades for easy cleaning at the end of processing.

Polished aluminium body and mouth. The machine is equipped with a stainless-steel roller and a lower protection grille. It is fitted with a safety microswitch on the presser and complies with the most important European and International standards. The EC version is fitted with a motor brake. Can be used to grate bread, cheese, nuts and biscuits. It is ideal for use in supermarkets, canteens and restaurants. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.

Our bone saws are ideal for use in butcher’s shops, the meat processing sector, fishmongers’ shops, restaurants and canteens.
The machines are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and are equipped with a meat pusher and portioner.
To ensure maximum safety, the machines comply with EC safety requirements and are fitted with electrical and mechanical safety devices such as a 24-volt push button panel and waterproof electrical parts.
On request, they can be equipped with a sliding work table.

Cast alloy structure, covered entirely with AISI 304 stainless steel. Self-ventilated intermittent use motors, with 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a leak-proof oil bath gearbox. Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. The optional microswitch on the hopper, on request, requires a larger inlet mouth, Ř 76, and a hopper fitted with a safety microswitch and finger guard, compliant with EC regulations, increasing hourly output by 35%. The AISI 304 stainless steel mincing unit can be disengaged by simply turning a lever. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.

SAFETY: The machines comply with European and international standards. The machines fall under annex IV of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Motor and controls have IP 68 ingress protection, equipped with reverse switches and EC regulation compliant meat inlet mouth.
Class 1 electrical equipment. With 24 V low-voltage board and external mouth lock bayonet lever.
