The TC32P meat mincer is equipped with an external stainless steel mincing unit, a stainless steel hopper with finger guard, a reverse function and an exposed gear motor. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster.
The cutting system consists of a feed screw, blade, plate and handwheel. The machine also has a base mounted on four plastic feet.
Exceptionally strong, easy to handle and operate, the LT14 manual vertical sausage filler, supplied with three funnels, represents the absolute best for stuffing any kind of sausage. The 18/8 AISI 304 stainless-steel cylinder, the food-safe aluminium piston with air exhaust valve and special seal, the solid ground steel rack, the precision gears and the precision mechanical components ensure that the machine works perfectly, provides the best possible performance and has an extremely long service life. The sausage fillers have two gears and they are equipped with three changeable funnels for different kinds of sausages.
Polished aluminium body and mouth. The machine is equipped with a stainless-steel roller and a lower protection grille. It is fitted with a safety microswitch on the presser and complies with the most important European and International standards. The EC version is fitted with a motor brake. Can be used to grate bread, cheese, nuts and biscuits. It is ideal for use in supermarkets, canteens and restaurants. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.

The body and mouth of the machine are made of polished aluminium, but on request, the machine can be equipped with a stainless steel mincing unit.

The mincer is equipped with the enterprise system: stainless steel plate, 6 mm hole and self-sharpening stainless steel blade.
The grater part consists of a polished aluminium inlet mouth, a stainless steel roller, a lower safety grille and microswitch on the presser lever.
