HYGIENIC, ROBUST, EASY TO CLEAN AND USE::
Cast alloy structure, covered entirely with stainless steel. Self-ventilated motors. Gear motor consisting of 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a leak-proof oil bath gearbox.
Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. The mincing unit can be disengaged by simply turning a lever. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.
SAFETY: The machines comply with European and international standards. Motor and controls have IP 45 ingress protection, equipped with reverse switches and EC regulation compliant meat inlet mouth.
Class 1 electrical equipment.

The TC12P/CE and TC22P/CE meat mincers consist of a stainless steel case, mincing unit, tray and hopper.
The machines are equipped with a reverse switch and a 24 V electronic board.
Easy to use and clean, as the mincing unit can be easily removed and all the parts cleaned using a damp cloth.
The ideal machine for general meat mincing. It can be supplied, with sausage filling funnels, on request.
The TC12 P/ CE e TC 22 P/CE machines comply with the strictest EC safety standards.
The tenderizer, with its 180 micro-cuts per square decimetre, cuts the meat fibres to tenderize the meat without ruining it. It can be used for tenderizing slices of raw or cooked meat, but is not suitable for use with for meat containing bones or frozen meat.
The machine, which is equipped with a gear transmission and easily removable stainless steel blades, complies with the strictest EC safety standards.
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, does not require special servicing and is easy to clean.
Meat mincer made entirely of stainless steel, with a large capacity hopper complete with safety microswitch and large capacity mincing unit. The machine can be bench mounted or, on request, trolley mounted. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster. When the machine’s safety system detects that the hopper has been removed for cleaning, it disables all the machine functions. The cutting system consists of a feed screw, blade, plate and handwheel.

The mixers have a capacity ranging from 30 to 150 kg and are available in one-blade or two-blade versions.
Their small size and their structure made entirely of stainless steel make these mixers the ideal solution for small and medium production where space is limited.
The safety devices have been designed with great care and fully comply with EC regulations. Low voltage controls and emergency microswitches on the tank cover are fitted as standard.
Cutting-edge technical solutions are designed to make the various processing stages easier, such as the tipping of the tank for emptying at the end of processing, the impulse switch to reverse the direction of rotation in order to achieve a better result, the removable blades for easy cleaning at the end of processing.
