Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine
Stainless-steel professional equipment, extremely flexible for various areas of use. Equipped with innovative technological features, it is indispensable for thè packaging of various products (sauces, liquids, meat, fish and vegetables), with applications in various sectors, from catering to delicatessens, catering, supermarkets etc. Also available with provision for inert gas injection upon request, it is also able to pack and protect particularly delicate and fragile products. The attention to detail and high-quality materials used ensure a perfect and lasting vacuum. Each machine is equipped with a oil immersed pump, endoved with a device that allows oil drainage and heating to use after periods of inactivity or cold weather. The cover is equipped with thick Plexiglass which provides greater resistance to stress caused by frequent use. The machine allows for vacuum packaging outside thè chamber in embossed bags for particularly long products.

HYGIENIC, ROBUST, EASY TO CLEAN AND USE::
Cast alloy structure, covered entirely with stainless steel. Self-ventilated motors. Gear motor consisting of 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a leak-proof oil bath gearbox.
Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. The mincing unit can be disengaged by simply turning a lever. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.
SAFETY: The machines comply with European and international standards. Motor and controls have IP 45 ingress protection, equipped with reverse switches and EC regulation compliant meat inlet mouth.
Class 1 electrical equipment.
The TC32PC meat mincer is equipped with an external stainless steel mincing unit, a stainlesssteel hopper with finger guard, a reverse function and a gear motor enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster.
The cutting system consists of a feed screw, blade, plate and handwheel. The machine also has a base mounted on four plastic feet.
Extremely robust, easy to handle and use. The four vertical and horizontal manual sausage filler models, 7 and 14 litre, fitted with four different types of funnel, are the best choice for filling any type of sausage.
The 18/8 AISI 304 stainless-steel cylinder, the food-safe aluminium piston with a special seal, the solid ground steel rack, the precision gears and the precision mechanical components ensure that the machine works perfectly, provides the best possible performance and has an extremely long service life.
The sausage fillers have two speeds and four interchangeable funnels for different types of sausage. The machine has been designed for exclusively manual use. Any motorization of it through the use of any type of engine is to be considered improper use and, therefore, at the sole risk of the user.
