This external suction vacuum machine, entirely made of stainless Steel, is a professional item recommended for thè small sales outlets. They also have a filter pump protection from liquids and moisture. All types of fresh or liquid products that cannot be packaged in thè embossed bags can be preserved in special jars.

HYGIENIC, ROBUST, EASY TO CLEAN AND USE:
Cast alloy structure, covered entirely with stainless steel. Self-ventilated motors. Gear motor consisting of 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a leak-proof oil bath gearbox.
Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. The mincing unit can be disengaged by simply turning a lever. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.
SAFETY:
The machines comply with European and international standards. Motor and controls have IP 45 ingress protection, equipped with reverse switches and EC regulation compliant meat inlet mouth. Class 1 electrical equipment.
The vertical stainless steel sausage fillers are used for processing pork and beef. The knee control and the piston speed regulator allow the operator to move freely and easily during filling operations. All models are loaded from above by rotating and locking the cylinder in a vertical position using a mechanical safety device. The adjustable cylinder can be removed, making cleaning easier. The machine is fitted with 4 wheels for easy handling and is provided with 3 stainless-steel funnels: 12, 20, 28 mm. They comply with EC hygiene and safety standards and the electrical parts are enclosed in a watertight IP56 housing.
