I pelacipolle sono interamente costruiti in acciaio inox e sono dotati di tutti i più moderni dispositivi di sicurezza. La versione CE, in osservanza delle norme di sicurezza della Comunità Economica Europea, è dotata di pulsantiera elettrica con scheda 24volt, microswitch di sicurezza sia sullo sportello sia sul coperchio e di un pulsante a fungo rosso di emergenza di fine lavoro. Le macchine sono dotate di riduttore di velocità con trasmissione a cinghia, e la cinghia multigrip è silenziosa, sicura e di semplice registrazione. Il coperchio in policarbonato trasparente permette all’operatore di controllare il processo di lavorazione. Il dispositivo di scarico automatico e carico d´acqua è di Ø 50 mm e il piattello è rivestito in granulare finissimo ed ha una rotazione inferiore del 20% rispetto al pelapatate. Il nuovo sportello e la sua maniglia è fatto di un materiale speciale nylon 6 FV 30% denominato akulon.

The meat mincer, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is equipped with a safety system, a self-ventilated motor and oil bath gears. The machine complies with all European and international hygiene and safety standards: it allows the meat to be processed at low temperatures to prevent the development of bacteria and to keep the appearance and nutritional properties of the meat unchanged. The cutting system consists of 1 plate and 1 blade made of stainless steel and a removable hopper that can be cleaned easily using a damp cloth. Even if the machine is not used for a long time, there is no need to remove the inlet mouth and store it in a refrigerator. The machine is also fitted with a compressor, a thermostat and an environmentally neutral refrigerant. An insulating cover for the mouth is also available as an optional extra to maintain the temperature of the meat that has just been processed and to prevent it from coming into contact with external contaminants.

The safety devices have been designed with great care and fully comply with EC regulations. Low voltage controls and emergency microswitches on the tank cover are fitted as standard.

Cutting-edge technical solutions are designed to make the various processing stages easier, such as the tipping of the tank for emptying at the end of processing, the impulse switch to reverse the direction of rotation in order to achieve a better result, the removable blades for easy cleaning at the end of processing.

The TC32P meat mincer is equipped with an external stainless steel mincing unit, a stainless steel hopper with finger guard, a reverse function and an exposed gear motor. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster.

The cutting system consists of a feed screw, blade, plate and handwheel. The machine also has a base mounted on four plastic feet.
