Hydraulic STAINLESS STEEL sausage fillers
The vertical stainless steel sausage fillers are used for processing pork and beef. The knee control and the piston speed regulator allow the operator to move freely and easily during filling operations. All models are loaded from above by rotating and locking the cylinder in a vertical position using a mechanical safety device. The adjustable cylinder can be removed, making cleaning easier. The machine is fitted with 4 wheels for easy handling and is provided with 3 stainless-steel funnels: 12, 20, 28 mm. They comply with EC hygiene and safety standards and the electrical parts are enclosed in a watertight IP56 housing.

Our range of mixers is designed for mixing various types of meat and can be adapted to the widest range of production requirements.

The safety devices have been designed with great care and fully comply with EC regulations. Low voltage controls and emergency microswitches on the tank cover are fitted as standard.
Cutting-edge technical solutions are designed to make the various processing stages easier, such as the tipping of the tank for emptying at the end of processing, the impulse switch to reverse the direction of rotation in order to achieve a better result, the removable blades for easy cleaning at the end of processing.
The meat mincer, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is equipped with a safety system, a self-ventilated motor and oil bath gears. The machine complies with all European and international hygiene and safety standards: it allows the meat to be processed at low temperatures to prevent the development of bacteria and to keep the appearance and nutritional properties of the meat unchanged. The cutting system consists of 1 plate and 1 blade made of stainless steel and a removable hopper that can be cleaned easily using a damp cloth. Even if the machine is not used for a long time, there is no need to remove the inlet mouth and store it in a refrigerator. The machine is also fitted with a compressor, a thermostat and an environmentally neutral refrigerant. An insulating cover for the mouth is also available as an optional extra to maintain the temperature of the meat that has just been processed and to prevent it from coming into contact with external contaminants.
