HYGIENIC, ROBUST, EASY TO CLEAN AND USE:
\nCast alloy structure, covered entirely with stainless steel. Self-ventilated motors. Gear motor consisting of 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a leak-proof oil bath gearbox.
\nStainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. The mincing unit can be disengaged by simply turning a lever. All machine parts can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.<\/p>\n

SAFETY:
\nThe machines comply with European and international standards. Motor and controls have IP 45 ingress protection, equipped with reverse switches and EC regulation compliant meat inlet mouth.
